What does the fabric feel like? Is it shiny?
I am looking for a fabric that feels soft like cotton instead of typical spandex material.

The century fabric that is used for this short was specifically designed for cycling. It is soft like a cotton t-shirt with added spandex for stretchability. It is a polyester/lycra blend that has a spun yarn that looks similiar to a cotton fiber, that is why it is so soft. It will not pell, and will not fade like cotton.
