Hello! Measure around the hand at the fullest part (exclude thumb) and follow this chart: Small: 7.8-8.3" Medium: 8.3-8.7" Large: 8.7-9.2" X-Large: 9.2-9.7" XX-Large: 9.7-10.2" 3XL: 10.2-10.6".
