Hello! Endura's size chart is used by measuring across the widest part of your palm (at the four knuckles, not including the thumb). Then, you can match that number up with their size chart in the product description (Medium = 9cm, Large = 10cm, etc.). If you're in between sizes it is usually best to size up to the larger size so the gloves aren't too tight. But everyone's body type and preference on fit can vary a bit.
