Can you tell me the waist measurement on the med and large? Thanks!
What I need is sometimes a 10 and sometimes a 12, so the waist measurement would be helpful thanks

Hello. This item does run a bit large. The Medium measures about 33-35" at the waistband (though the waistband stretches to at least 36") and the Large is about 36-38" (though, again, it can stretch up to at least 40" or so).
