I have a 21 inch thigh, will this be to tight?

Hello. It shouldn't be, but just to be sure please give us a call at 1-800-783-8326 and we'd be happy to discuss this with you. Depending on what size you're interested in and where you took the measurement (middle of the thigh, closer to your knee, etc.) can affect sizing too.
