Hello. This measurement varies by size, but to give you an idea the X-Small measures 15 inches in the front when laying flat on a table (which probably means it is stretched to around 17 or 18 inches when you're wearing it) and a 5XL measures 17.5 inches in the front when laying flat on a table (which probably means it is stretched to around 19.5 or 20.5 inches when you're wearing it.
The rise in the rear will always come up higher by about 3.5 inches when laying flat.
