Hello. We generally design our clothing to have an "American fit." This item is designed for XL to fit a 38-40 waist and XXL to fit a 42-44 waist.
IS the first running small or large?
I am 40. Not sure if I should get XL or XXL. Bike clothes always tend to running small.
