Hello. This chamois is 15mm thick at the sit bones and it tapers to thinner thicknesses elsewhere throughout the pad.
This is our thickest pad currently, but an option like the gel pad used in our Gel Touring Shorts (https://www.aerotechdesigns.com/gel-p...) and Gel Touring Bib Shorts (https://www.aerotechdesigns.com/atd-m...) is a little thinner (by 3mm; it is 12mm thick at the sit bones) but it is a little bit denser. So it provides a little bit of a different type of support with less overall thickness.
