Hello. Our youth sizes go up to a waist 24-25 (X-Large):

However, our Adult Pro Shorts come in men's (https://www.aerotechdesigns.com/mens-...) and women's (https://www.aerotechdesigns.com/women...). The men's X-Small is designed for a 24-26 waist and Small is 28-30.
