Hello. This jersey is not designed as a race cut jersey, but it is women's specific so it isn't exactly "bulky." Everyone's body type is different, but most riders (though not all) who are in between sizes tend to go with the larger size just so that they're not wearing something too restrictive or tight. But, again, everyone's body type and preference on fit varies a bit.
