Hello. We're all different in what our bodies need in order to be comfortable, but this chamois is pretty substantial as far as support goes.
Two other alternatives to also consider would be:
Elite Chamois: available in shorts (https://www.aerotechdesigns.com/women...) and an underliner (https://www.aerotechdesigns.com/atdwo...)
This style is our thickest pad and has a gel layer at the sit bones too for added support on top of just the foam layers.
Gel Touring Chamois: available in shorts (https://www.aerotechdesigns.com/gel-t...)
This style is a 3mm thinner than the Elite, above, but it is our densest chamois with a very dense gel core at the sit bones so it really helps to absorb impact from simple road vibrations as well as more jolting than a foam-based chamois typically would.
