Hello. We recommend cold water with normal/mild detergent on a gentle cycle (if possible). Then, just hang dry the shorts after they come out of the wash; do not place them in a heated dryer. If hung in a well ventilated area they should dry very quickly since they're designed to wick moisture, after all.
