Hello. Our products can be hand washed or, if you prefer, machine washed in cold water with mild detergent. To dry, hang them in a well ventilated area; do not place them in a heated dryer.
Also, this pad is designed to be sewn into an existing pair of bike or compression shorts, tights, capris, etc. If you are interested in a "temporary" pad for short rides, please see our Removable Pad which has silicone grippers on the back to help keep it in place when work with snug fitting compression bottoms for short rides.
