Hello. We always recommend washing technical fabrics like the polyester, nylon and spandex blends that are found in our shorts, tights, jerseys and jackets in cold water (they are machine was safe) and then hanging them up to air dry rather than placing them in your heated dryer. Some dryers are set differently and it's better to just hang dry these items rather than risk any adverse effects from too much heat on a synthetic fabric. Plus, they dry very quickly because they are, after all, designed to wick away moisture rather than hold it in like cotton does, for example. If hung up in a well-ventilated area they should be dry overnight, if not sooner.
