Hello. Most (but certainly not all) riders who measure their natural waist with a tape measure and truly fall in between sizes tend to go with the larger size so that they're not wearing something too restrictive. This isn't always the case, of course, because everyone's body type and preference on fit varies.
We also include an exchange form with each order in case you need to swap sizes after trying something on. Or, some riders will order one of each size and then return the one that doesn't fit for a refund. Either option is fine with us as long as you follow the instructions laid out in our Return Policy.
