Hello. This item is sized by waist circumference and the size chart is as follows:
If you are unsure of your size or if you are in between sizes then you are welcome to order two different sizes, compare them for fit and return the one that doesn't fit for an exchange or refund. As long as the item is still in its original condition you can return it.
