Hello. While we do not offer tailoring or custom measurements here, we certainly have some customers who have great success taking tights to local tailors or seamstresses in their area for alterations. The main issue to consider with hemming this item would be the zippers at the ankle. The entire zipper would need to be removed and moved up along with the bottom hem. The same will be true of the gripper material at the ankle opening, but that is a much easier thing to move when the garment is re-hemmed.
