Hello. This jacket is lightweight, but very effective against the wind, which really goes a long way to keeping you warm while riding. Layering under with a jersey and/or thermal base layer allows most riders to be comfortable at the freezing point and below and the added ventilation provided by the shoulder zippers and front zipper really help you to control your body's temperature as you start to heat up.
