Thank you for your interest in our cyclewear. Yes, we do ship orders internationally. Just be sure to fill out the shipping and billing addresses accordingly during checkout (including selecting your country name from the dropdown) and you’ll see three options for international shipping services. After adding items to your cart and filling in your shipping address on the checkout page you can preview all of the available shipping options and charges for your order. This is the best way to compare shipping costs from each service before checking out.
Some countries require recipients to pay additional duty fees and/or customs charges before delivery is complete. Each country may have different policies regarding these charges so please feel free to check with your local postal carrier before ordering. The shipping charge on your order covers postage, but may not cover this additional customs fee. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We try to make the return and exchange process as user-friendly as possible and we understand that purchasing clothing online can be difficult sometimes because everyone's own body type and personal preference on fit can be a little different. As long as an item is still in its original condition you are eligible for a refund or exchange. We ask that all returns are made within three (3) weeks of the date that you received the order.
Each order will include a copy of our Return & Exchange Form on the reverse side of the packing slip inside your order's mailing envelope. If you would like to send anything back please just fill out the form accordingly and mail it back to us using the address at the bottom of the page. We recommend using a mailing service that provides a tracking number or delivery confirmation (Priority Mail through the US Postal Service is usually a pretty inexpensive and quick service that provides a tracking number). For exchanges, we will always cover the shipping charge when mailing the new items back out to you after your exchange has been processed.
We just ask that you please leave the tags on all items and try them on before using them in a physical activity or washing them; returns and exchanges can only be accepted when the items are in their original condition.
