Hello. Generally riders who are truly in between sizes tend to go with the larger size (Medium, in your case) so that they're not wearing something too tight or restrictive. However, certain body types may be more comfortable in the smaller size in this scenario. The size chart is true to form, but we all have different body types and preferences on fit that can skew things, especially if you're in between sizes.
Some customers will order both sizes, try them both on and return the one that doesn't fit for a refund. Alternatively, we always include an exchange/return form with each order so if you try one size first and it isn't quite right then we can exchange it for you.
