Hello. The size chart should be true to form. Usually (but certainly not always) riders who are truly in between sizes tend to go with the larger size so that they're not wearing something too small and/or restrictive. But everyone's body type and preference on fit varies so there is some wiggle room there since the material is so stretchy.
We recommend taking an accurate waist measurement of yourself at your natural waist (up around your hip pointers, near your navel) to get the best idea on fit. Sometimes this number is the same as your normal size in jeans or pants, but not always. Taking an actual measurement will always give clear guidance when following the sizing chart though.
