Hello. Regarding the inseam, this pant has a slightly shorter inseam than our other tall-specific windpants do. The X-Large in this style is about 32 inches when measured just laying flat on a table. Our other USA-made windpants are a little longer. For example, the Medium is a 32-34 waist and a 34 inseam. The waist sizing is different so just be aware of that.
As far as shipping goes, we ship to Canada everyday and we have 3 international shipping options available at checkout. Each one varies by factoring in your address and the total weight of your order. When you have items in your shopping cart you can proceed to your cart and enter in your shipping address to see a list of the available shipping options and the charges for each.
Additionally, shipping charges cover your postage but not any customs or import duties that your home country may apply to the order. We have more info about this here.
