Hello. The inseam length varies slightly by size:
We also make a tall-specific version with a longer inseam here: Tall Men's Windpants. The inseam on the tall version is 3-4 inches longer, as you can see in its size chart here:
Our similar Windstopper Pants (regular and tall) have different inseams as well. The regular version is shorter than the regular Windpants here in this listing and the corresponding tall version is about 2-3 inches longer than the regulars but still not quite as long as the tall Windpants that I linked to above.
So there are 2 types of windproof pants, an imported style called our Windstopper and a USA made style called Windpants. Both have a regular and a tall version. Both versions of the imported Windstoppers have shorter inseams and different waist sizes than the USA made Windpants. So there is bound to be a good fit for everyone.
