What is the front and rear rise in these shorts in size small?

Hello. When laying flat on a table, the front rise is 9.5 inches and the rear is 13.5 inches. Stretched a bit to try to approximate the same measurements while they're being worn and I come up with about 12 inches in the front and about 16 inches in the rear. Though those measurements are also dependent on how much the fabric stretches in other areas as well.
