Hello. Thank you for your question and we'd be happy to help.
We provide a product-specific size chart in each listing and the chart for these bibs is as follows:
To zero in on your size, we always recommend taking an actual waist measurement of your true/natural waist, which is the circumference around your waist at your hip pointers, just below your navel. This may not always be the same as your waist size in jeans, for example, so we recommend taking an actual measurement to be safe. (If you don't have a flexible tape measure you can also wrap a non-stretchy item like a rope around your waist and then lay it flat to measure the circumference with a standard tape measure or ruler as well.)
Most of our tall-specific customers are above 6' tall because this item has extra length in the inseam as well as the torso length (shoulder straps and rise). If you feel that that may be too much extra length, the regular fit (non-tall) version of these bibs can be found here: Men's Elite Endurance Bib Shorts. The sizing is the same but they just have normal inseam and torso lengths.
Thank you again and please let us know if you have any questions. We're always happy to help in any way that we can.
