Hello. Laying flat, unstretched at all, the 4XL measures 19 inches circumference and the 5XL is 21 inches. When stretching them out a bit to approximate how it will when you're wearing them, the 4XL is about 24-26 inches and 5XL is 28-30 inches. They will stretch more than this, of course, but that is an approximate range of the normal fit.
