Hello. The Century Shorts are 3mm thicker at the sit bones and they use foam that is a little denser as well.

Aside from the chamois, the fabric is a little different. The Century Shorts use a polyester/spandex blend that is a little "beefier" than the more traditional nylon/spandex blend in the Top Shelf Shorts.
