Hello. All of the replacement chamois pads except for the Removable Pad are designed to be sewn into place inside snug-fitting compression shorts, bike shorts, tights, etc. We include sewing instructions with each pad to help you (or your tailor, seamstress or alterations expert) with the proper placement and sewing steps.
The Removable Pad has silicone gripper material on the back to help keep it in place without stitching, but it is still designed to be worn with snug-fitting clothing to keep it from shifting around as you ride. It is most commonly used for shorter trips rather than long rides where traditional bike shorts may be more appropriate.
