Hello. Our full Return & Exchange Policy can be found here, but in short we accept returns on items that are still in their original condition and we prefer that all returns are made within a month of the original purchase date. The customer is responsible for return shipping and if you are requesting an exchange then we will cover the shipping charge to send the new item back out to you.
