Because they're really watertight they sometimes dry a little slow from the inside (from sweat). A few good tricks to speed that process up are to sit the gloves in front of a heat vent or fan and of course make sure they're drying out in a well ventilated room or outdoor space. Obviously, drying them in a room with a dehumidifier would speed the process up even more, but lacking that step the first two options should really go a long way to helping.
