Hello. The Safety Yellow used here is very similar to the hue used in our Top Shelf Bib Shorts (SM110) and also Gel Touring Bib Shorts (SMB711), yes. The items, of course, use different fabric so the saturation of the ink is a little different but they are qualitatively the same color, yes.
