Is this ventilated enough for summer riding? Good to wear over SS jersey for just increased visibility?

Hello. The entire back panel is a breathable mesh fabric and the front is the windproof membrane. Plus, with no sleeves and a full-length zipper you can regulate your airflow and body temperature pretty easily as well. It's a great 3 seasons option because it is so flexible.
