Am comparing this Pro Cycling vs. Top Shelf short (like nylon/spandex) but which one would have higher waist?
Do not like low rise shorts.

Hello. The fit will be the same for both shorts, including the rise, but the chamois pads are quite different: Pro is one of our thinnest pads and Top Shelf is slightly above "average" for us in terms of thickness and density.
