(7/23/19) Hello. We unfortunately just sold out of this item and I am terribly sorry about that. If you are still interested, the regular men's version measures 33 inches at size Medium and 36 inches at size XX-Large (the length changes slightly with each increasing size). Those measurements are from the middle of the neck to the end of the cuff.
