(7/31/19) Hello. We actually discontinued this item and we only have a few left in Small only (Safety Yellow and White). I am very sorry about that.
As an alternative, our Top Shelf Bib Shorts use the same chamois and have a similar design. Could those work for you as well?
In both styles, Medium is designed for a 32-34 waist while Large is for a 36-38. These are actual waist measurements of your natural waist (around your hip pointers, just below your navel), rather than your jeans size, for example. If you truly fall in between then most (but certainly not all) riders tend to go with the larger size so that you're not wearing something too restrictive, but everyone's body type and preference on fit varies a bit so we always recommend deferring to your preference there.
And if it comes to it, we can always help with an exchange too (or a refund if you order each size to try on at the same time and then keep the good one and return the bad one).
