(8/9/19) Hello. Currently, we have Royal and Red left in stock in Tall 4XL (this item was discontinued and will be replaced with an updated, US-made version in the fall). A Tall 4XL is designed for a 52-54 inch chest circumference and the actual jacket is a bit bigger than that, it is not designed to be form fitting. There is not too much of a taper to it so the midsection is about the same circumference as the upper torso too.
