Hello. We always include a product-specific size chart with each listing. For the Men's All Day Shorts, the size chart is: 
This size chart should be true to form and it will probably differ slightly from other brands that manufacture overseas because we generally size our clothing more for "American sizing" rather than Euro sizing.
