Hello. I am sorry but all of our headbands are fleece-lined for cold weather. We do make helmet liners, do rags and skull caps that are very lightweight, but they do not extend to the ears.
Could our Tie Bands work for you instead? They could be placed and tied anywhere around your head and they are made from the same lightweight polyester material that we use in all of our cycling jerseys.
