Hello. A Medium is designed for a 40-42 chest. At your height, to give you an idea on length front measures about 22 inches from the base of the collar down to the bottom hem and the sleeve is about 21 inches from the armpit out to the end of the cuff (not counting the Black windblock cuff).
We will be adding tall sizes in the near future so if you need a few inches of extra length, please check back shortly.
