Hello. Yes, we do offer these in bib tights: Tall Men's Stretch Fleece Bib Tights. While temperate tolerance is different for all of us, these are good for the average rider from about the high 20s/low 30s up to the 50s F.
If it dips further below freezing then our windpants (version 1 and version 2) would probably be more appropriate.
