Hello. We actually just sell direct from our website (though we do have a store at our office in Pittsburgh, PA) so I'm sorry that we don't have a New York location. However, we do go to Bike Expo New York (before the 5 Boros Ride) pretty much every year so feel free to stop by and see us there too.
We always include a product-specific size chart with each listing and the X-Large for this product is designed for a 38-40 waist and a 36-38 inseam since this is a tall-specific item. The regular inseam version of this tight with a regular 32-34 inseam can be found here: Men's All Day Tights.
