Hello. There is no elastic at the wrist and it is designed to be a comfortable fit (this is a relaxed fit jersey style), but we all have different body types also. The wrist circumference of a 4XL is about 9 or 9.25 inches when just laying flat on a table. I hope that that gives you an idea on the fit.
