Hello. The pad is always sewn into all of our cycling shorts. It can only be removed by removing the stitching holding it in place.
However, we do sell a removable pad that helps to easily convert snug fitting compression shorts/capris/tights into temporary cycling shorts. This item is perfect for short rides, spin class, commuting, etc.
