Hello. This style actually just has a fleece liner rather than a traditional chamois pad. The liner is very thin and primarily seeks to wick moisture and prevent chafing rather than offer support. However, our Classic Triathlon Shorts use a more traditional chamois pad that is also designed to dry very quickly once you get out of the water and head out on the bike. It offers support while on the bike but it is not overly thick (6mm thick at the sit bones) so that it doesn't bunch up or get in the way during the run part of your triathlon.
