Hello. We're all proportioned differently, so there isn't a height that is set in stone for tall sizes. In general, if you normally buy tall-specific clothes (or...if you would if you could) then the tall sizes are probably for you.
Our tall-specific jerseys and jackets are about 3 inches longer in torso and sleeve length when compared to the regular versions of the same product. With our shorts and tights, the same is true of the inseam and rise (which is the distance from the top of the inseam to the top of the waistband).
Some riders are "tall" in just the torso, others (like Conan O'Brien) are tall in the inseam but not necessarily in the torso. And some are tall in both areas.
Please give us a call at 1-800-783-8326 or drop us a line at cyclewear@aerotechdesigns.com and we'd be happy to answer any questions that you have or take some more specific measurements for you. We're always happy to help.
Thanks!
