Hello. We recommend hand washing wherever possible, but you can machine wash it too. We recommend cold water and mild detergent. It is also good to wash it inside out with all of the zippers closed to avoid zippers getting caught on any other clothing in the washer. And, as with any cycling apparel made from synthetic materials, it is best to air dry the jacket in a well ventilated area rather than use a heated dryer (we never recommend using a heated dryer on your cycling clothing).
