(5/6/20) Hello. The Regular Large sleeve measures 21 inches from the armpit out to the end of the cuff. The Tall Large is about 2 inches longer and I'm sorry that I can't provide a more specific measurement at the moment as we work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
