Hi 44" chest, 42" belly, 6'5" tall, I'm thinking size L for a regular fit, or will this be too tight?

Hello. A Tall Large measures about 50" circumference when laying flat on a table. There is a mesh liner inside the jacket and you don't want it to be too tight so that it becomes restrictive, but a Medium measures about 48" for comparison.
