Hello. We include sewing instructions with each replacement pad that is ordered. If you're not comfortable sewing it yourself, a lot of customers work with local seamstresses, tailors or alterations experts in their area for assistance too.
Our Removable Pad is the only replacement chamois that doesn't require sewing. It has silicone grippers on the rear face to help keep it in place in your snug-fitting compression shorts/tights/capris/etc. as you ride.
