Reviews suggest sizes run large? I’m 6’2” 200lb, 36”waist. You suggest I order Large or Medium? Want to order.

Need assurance that the item is not too large. Desire fitting “breathable” biking shorts with durable, comfortable genital/perineal cup protection.

Hello. Generally our items run true to form with the product-specific size chart included in each product listing. However, we are all proportioned differently and have different preferences on fit, which can sometimes shift things a bit. Additionally, our size charts are based on your actual waist size, which may differ from your pants or jeans size, for example.

Just in case, we always make returns and exchanges very easy as well.
